Sicilie Tveøy

Sicilie has over 20 years of experience in family and inheritance law. She specializes in safeguarding family assets and facilitating the transfer of real estate and limited liability companies. Her expertise ranges from estate planning to the handling of financial settlements following the breakup of cohabitation or marriage. Sicilie is skilled at finding practical solutions in complex cases.
 

She is highly experienced in dispute resolution and provides advisory services within family law, inheritance law, valuation and division of businesses in inheritance and matrimonial cases. In addition, she works with corporate law and contract law. Sicilie is an experienced lawyer who also acts as a mediator between parties and assists in negotiations between heirs and former spouses or cohabitants.
 

Since 2007, she has been a member of the Norwegian Bar Association’s Expert Committee for Family and Inheritance Law, sharing her expertise through teaching activities and as a course instructor.
